CALL FOR ABSTRACTS!
The Pacific Northwest Section invites you to participate by presenting your research in aerospace and aeronautics subjects. Presentations are 20 minutes in length with an additional 5 minutes for questions from the audience. Abstract submissions will be accepted electronically through the Puget Sound AIAA Section e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org. Abstract submissions are open at this time and will be accepted through October 15, 2013. The electronic submission process is as follows:
- Use the subject “2013 Technical Symposium Abstract Submission” in the subject line of the e-mail. If this is an update to a previous submission, please specify in both the subject line and the body of the e-mail.
- The abstract should be attached to the e-mail in either a .pdf, .doc, or .docx format.
- Submissions should include the abstract and a short bio for the presenting author. Please also identify all co-authors.
Caution to all potential presenters: Technology transfer and ITAR government reviews are the responsibility of the presenter. Please plan accordingly. Please contact the presentation selection committee, at email@example.com for additional comments/questions.
