Help with planning and executing the symposium. Time commitment is 1-2 hours a week and may increase to 2-3 hours a week as the event date nears. Benefits include: symposium admission, working with individuals from different companies, schools, universities and organizations with various leadership experience. CALL FOR ABSTRACTS!
The Pacific Northwest Section invites you to participate by presenting your research in aerospace and aeronautics subjects. Presentations are 20 minutes in length with an additional 5 minutes for questions from the audience. Abstract submissions will be accepted electronically through the Puget Sound AIAA Section e-mail at symposium@pnwaiaa.org. Abstract submissions are open at this time and will be accepted through October 15, 2013. The electronic submission process is as follows:
- Use the subject “2013 Technical Symposium Abstract Submission” in the subject line of the e-mail. If this is an update to a previous submission, please specify in both the subject line and the body of the e-mail.
- The abstract should be attached to the e-mail in either a .pdf, .doc, or .docx format.
- Submissions should include the abstract and a short bio for the presenting author. Please also identify all co-authors.
Caution to all potential presenters: Technology transfer and ITAR government reviews are the responsibility of the presenter. Please plan accordingly. Please contact the presentation selection committee, at symposium@pnwaiaa.org for additional comments/questions.
