Buckling in Aircraft Structures | Aero Track | 1:45 pm

The presentation will focus on buckling and postbuckling or airplane structures (both wing and fuselage) and discuss impact of buckling design criteria on weight (qualitatively). We will also illustrate typical buckling checks performed for sizing using both hand-calcs and detailed Finite Element Models (FEM).
